ordering of tracers in traceur.def when using isotopes

For now when running with isotopes, these should be specified last in the list in traceur.def or else some sort of infinite loop occurs in the dynamics.

This should be cleaned/improved. Or at least checked with a clean stop and clear error message if the ordering is not adequate.
