Add a sanity chek for input fields sent by the dynamics

Sometimes a crash in the physics is simply due to the fact that input fields (winds, temperature, etc.) from the dynamics are bad (e.g due to instabilities developped in the dynamics), so it would make sense to have a sanity of these input fields at the begining of physics.
