Description
In order to gain precision and prevent confusion with other features (like slope winds in MCD), the designation "slope winds" (and potentially "topmons", since it doesn't mention the dust) should be banned when talking about the orographically-driven dust concentration and ascension on top of the mountains.
After looking at the article from Heavens (2015) on the matter, the terms "topdust flow" seem convenient to use in the code writing (routine names, flags, ...), while the more precise "mountain topdust flow" could be used in reports and articles.

Apparently done (and "topdust" is the name used in the code and files) by now.
Plutôt "mountaintop flow"
