Improve concatnc so it can concatenate concat files

Description
It could be useful if concatnc (which can modify the time axis) could act on its own outputs. This probably requires including the "controle" array in the generated output file, and possibly other things.

Resolved by r2303, but I leave it open for one week in case there is some undetected problem.
