Description
Can't use depot version of newstart ! Current error comes from "vcov".

More information needed here... what error message do you get? Is it when running in debug mode? Is it when loading a start_archive or start/startfi files?
Maybe the correction to lect_start_archive in r3025 helps? Although it is no related to the "vcov" field...
