DSO dust wavelength calibration in diagfi

Description

Since revision 2161, DSO dust is calibrated no more on the visible opacity but on the IR opacity accordingly to the value of the callphys parameter "dustiropacity" (== "tes" or "mcs")

For post-simulation processes (like the observer simulator) but also for a better transparency, one should add, when calling writediagfi for DSO dust, an information about the used wavelength and type of opacity (tes = 9.3micron absorption ; mcs = 21.6micron extinction)
