Description

We could rename the README of LMDZ.MARS which contains the list of the different commits and replace it with a real README that explain for example where to find start and start_archive files that are correct.

Since r2955, the old README is called changelog.txt

Since r2956, a new README has been added which serves as a real documentation for users.
