Adding comments about "controle" array in start files

Description
Some information (gravity, radius of planet, etc.) is stored in the "controle" array in start[fi].nc, but one has to go in the code to find out what variable controle(i) corresponds to...
We should add that information in the start[fi].nc files themselves, e.g. with a "control_description" text array where "control_description(i)" would contain some text explaining what variable "controle(i)" is.
