Remove "co2ice" array and use qsurf(igcm_co2) instead

Description

Since we now (almost) never run without a "co2" tracer, there is some weirdness/ambiguity having a "co2ice" dedicated array to store surface CO2 ice value, whereas for other tracers the surface amount is always stored in qsurf(igcm_)
