Description
The Vienna Standard Mean Ocean Water defines the isotopic ratio of Earth's water and is used a the reference for the GCM.
This value is generally hard coded as 155.76 * 10-6
A constant vsmow (or equivalent) should be defined in comcstfi_h.F90 and/or tabfi.F so that it could be used consistently and there is no room for typos.
