Description
Sometimes, when the physics goes wrong with a condensable tracer, the relative humidity and mass mixing ratio is greater than 1 but the PCM continues to run as if nothing had happened. For example, I reached a relative humidity of 10 (1000%) without no error. This occurs when the clausius-clapeyron equation is broken. To prevent this problem and to avoid creating a false converged state, it's necessary to add a "garde-fou" to check if everything is correct on the mass conservation on each layer. This problem occurs only in 1D (because in 3D, this situation causes the dynamics to crash).
