Initialization of tracers for the first restart files

Description
There is a big problem on the initialization of tracers when we create the first restart_icosa/restartfi of the simulation (the makestart) on Dynamico (and LMDZ?).
The wiki say: "Ajout des quantités pour chaque traceur. Ici, nous ajoutons les profils pour chacun des traceurs dans les fichiers restart_icosa.nc et restartfi.nc "à la main" en utilisant le programme python /processing_codes/tracer_settings.py pour obtenir des fichiers restart avec la bonne abondance d'eau dans le cas présent."
I completely disagree with this method. Nothing should be done "à la main". It should be automatized. Someone who don't read this small paragraph on the wiki may think that the tracers are normally initialized on the model (by a profile or something else) whereas they are all initialized to 1e-10.
Several problems can occurs: an incorrect value of the tracers in whole simulation, smaller convergence to the final values of tracers, an incorrect value of theta_rhodz (for binary_gas) which is a critical problem (crash of the GCM)
