Cleaning write_archive.F

A minor and non-critical problem is present for the last argument of the subroutine when the dimension of this argument is lower than 3 (like ps). An error appears in debug with -check all. But there is no bug here, the subroutine needs only to be cleaned (and to be inside a module).
