Updates to thermal parameters

  • Tuned aspect ratio of thermals to suit Buoyancy estimations from LES in CLOSURE relation
  • Renormalization of alim_star after plume
  • Removed alimentation mixing of estimated Teta in plume

    Minor change in makegcm_ifort
