Message:

• fix for isotopic tagging tracers
• modify strHead/strTail: last argument (optional) has the same convention as INDEX: if lBackward==.TRUE., search the pattern starting from the end of the string (default=.FALSE.)
• consolidate and simplify the new2oldH2O routine
