obsolete (or depreciated) lwrite flag — at Initial Version

Description
It is possible to specify a "lwrite" flag in callphys.def
The default is .false. and this flag is only used in a very limited number of places in physiq, callradite and vdifc for some print,* at a specific "igout" (=ngrid/2+1) grid point. So essentially for some quick look or debug...
Probably not used by anyone and worth cleaning up?
