Mars PEM:
r2885 correct message : In the PEM, the minimum of water_ice is now taking correctly into account watercap.
Very large reservoir (large glacier) of water ice are handled by the PEM.
It can modify watercaptag of the PCM.
Watercap is put back to 0 in the restarfi and the corresponding amount is saved in the restarfi_PEM.

r2886:A file containing information about number of iteration and reason of stopping of the PEM can be outputed (info_run_PEM.def)
