Generic model:
Fix som recently introduced problems causing compilation failures:

  • inichim_1D is used by the 1D model and should be in the libf/dyn1d directory
  • inichim_newstart is used by newstart and should be in the libf/dynphy_lonlat/phystd directory
  • dtridgl.F already exists in libf/phystd
