Fixed the hrecast for mcs.py. Fixed mcs.py with the -H mode which uses hrecast. Added a README for MCS.PY

mcs.py transforms diagfi files from
a GCM format (i.e. spatial and temporal grid, with spatial-dependent localtime-binning)
to a certain degree of the MCS format.

Examples:

-------
I have a diagfi.nc that I want to compare to MCS data
by binning temperatures and co2ice at the correct localtimes as given in the MCS MY29 file.
However, I want to keep my gcm grid !

command -> mcs.py -f $YourSimulation/diagfi.nc -m /d5/lmlmd/MCS_processeddata/MCSdata_binned_MY29.nc --var temp,co2ice
outputs -> diagfi_MCS.nc
-------
-------
Ok, but after all, I want to interpolate these fields on the vertical grid used by MCS... (make sure to have rho in
your file for a better interpolation. You also need aps, bps, and ps)

command -> mcs.py -f $YourSimulation/diagfi.nc -m /d5/lmlmd/MCS_processeddata/MCSdata_binned_MY29.nc --var temp,co2ice -i
outputs -> diagfi_P.nc , diagfi_P_MCS.nc
-------
-------
Ok, but I dont care for the intermediary diagfi_P.nc file, it takes to much space. I want to remove it automatically
after the computation

command -> mcs.py -f $YourSimulation/diagfi.nc -m /d5/lmlmd/MCS_processeddata/MCSdata_binned_MY29.nc --var temp,co2ice -i --ditch
output -> diagfi_P_MCS.nc
-------
-------
I would also like to interpolate on the horizontal grid of MCS...

command -> mcs.py -f $YourSimulation/diagfi.nc -m /d5/lmlmd/MCS_processeddata/MCSdata_binned_MY29.nc --var temp,co2ice -i --ditch -H
output -> diagfi_P_h_MCS.nc
-------
-------
I would like to use this command in a bash script in an automated way. As such, I dont want the script to recompute the recasted files
if it is already there, and I want the script to use this recasted file instead.

command -> mcs.py -f $YourSimulation/diagfi.nc -m /d5/lmlmd/MCS_processeddata/MCSdata_binned_MY29.nc --var temp,co2ice -i -H
output -> diagfi_P_h_MCS.nc
-------
-------
On the contrary, I want my script to override those already present files...

command -> mcs.py -f $YourSimulation/diagfi.nc -m /d5/lmlmd/MCS_processeddata/MCSdata_binned_MY29.nc --var temp,co2ice -i -H --override
output -> diagfi_P_h_MCS.nc
-------
