Files here are illustrative examples. To be adapted to fit your needs!

- for now both tracer.def and traceur.def files are needed and they should match

- xml files should be:
  1) those required by dynamico:
  context_dynamico.xml, context_input_dynamico.xml, field_def_dynamico.xml,
  file_def_dynamico.xml
  (make sure these ar compatible with your version of ICOSAGCM/dynamico)
  2) those required by the Pluto physics:
  context_pcm_physics.xml, field_def_physics.xml, file_def_physics.xml
  (make sure these are compatible with your current version of the physics)
  3) the master iodef.xml refering to all the above files
