Mars GCM :
Add folder "xvik" in util that contains a program called "fit_Iceinertia_MONSicedepth.F" that is used to compute best-fit cap albedo, ICE DEPTH and total CO2 inventory. The diretory also contains :
- a file "VL1" of harmonics of VL1 surface pressure
- a file "compile_fit" to compile the main program
- a README explaining how to use the program
- a .def file to use as input for the main program
