LMDZ_COMMON:
First commit of PEM. Small writting improvements will follow.
Only works with GCM slopes parametrisation of Lucas L.
Example to compile : ./makelmdz_fcm -arch X64_OCCIGEN -arch_path ../ARCH -p mars -d 32x24x26 pem
