Le fichier de relief utilisé par défaut dans la création des états initiaux présente des lacunes (palier 0 - 300m?). On a repris ce fichier

mais il n'est pas mis par défaut partout ....

Révision 3769. Dans pbl_surface, la variable ytherm est initialisée à 0 en dehors de la boucle sur les sous-surfaces. Dans hbtm, ytherm devient therm et est modifié seulement à certains des indices entre 1 et knon : les indices pour lesquels check est vrai. Aux autres points, toujours entre 1 et knon, la valeur de ytherm reçue en argument en conservée : c'est la valeur qui vient de la sous-surface précédente (et qui correspond à une position géographique a priori différente). Donc je pense qu'il faut remplacer ytherm = 0 dans pbl_surface par therm = 0 au début de hbtm. (Ça change complètement la valeur de s_therm en sortie.)

To better match with other models (ORCHIDEE, NEMO, ...), it would make sense to have the arch.path follow the same rules, i.e. definitions using 3 sets of keywords :

SOMETHING_LIBDIR ="-L....."
SOMETHING_LIB="-l..."
SOMETHING_INCDIR="-I...."

Of course thins implies adapting the makelmdz[_fcm] scripts accordingly.

An important benefit of having matching arch.path is that the file can then be shared by all models when compiling a combination (e.g. LMDZ+DYNAMICO+XIOS+IOIPSL)
