Circumvent a bug of ifort

LMDZ crashed with ifort 19.0.4 and 2021.9.0, when compiled with
-parallel mpi -rad ecrad. See [LMDZ release

for svn tag LMDZ-testing-202304 and [Crash in
setup_general_cloud_optics](​https://github.com/ecmwf-ifs/ecrad/issues/13).
