2023 april LMDZ testing.
Inclusion of ECRAD aerosols branch but should not be used in an ECRAD configuration due to some
compilation and execution issues.
Be aware also that this version will work with DYNAMICO using the ICOSA_LMDZ interface that is now on the LMDZ svn server
