Corrections pour le 1D.
Le test recemment introduit sur le fait que iphysiq est multiple
de iperiod est deplace de conf_gcm.F90 vers gcm.F pour éviter
qu'il ne soit actif en 1D.
Le include ../dyn3d/conf_gcm.F est remplace par ../dyn3d/conf_gcm.F90
dans 1DUTILS.h
