Création de la branche testing
La branche testing est appelée à héberger des versions du code validées
informatiquement qui peuvent servir de référence dans un travail. Elles servent
de bases à la définition des versions de production

Creation of testing branch
The testing branch will store releases of the LMDZ code have benne somewhat
validated and can be used as references. Production releases of the code are
based on these testing releases.
